SDL Wellness Recovery is proudly owned and operated by a U.S. Army veteran. The values learned in uniform — discipline, integrity, accountability, and service to others — are the same values that guide this company every day.
In addition to our veteran‑led foundation, SDL Wellness Recovery is proudly influenced by a Doctor of Physical Therapy who brings 18 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation, movement science, and patient recovery. Her background ensures that every product we offer aligns with real‑world therapeutic principles — focusing on pain relief, mobility, muscle recovery, and long‑term wellness. She plays a key role in evaluating product quality, recommending evidence‑based solutions, and shaping our mission to help people feel better, move better, and live healthier lives.
After years of balancing military life, family, and personal wellness, we saw how difficult it can be for everyday people to find reliable products that actually support recovery, relaxation, and overall well‑being. SDL Wellness Recovery was built to change that.
As part of our commitment to personalized wellness, SDL Wellness Recovery will soon offer one‑on‑one video consultations led by a wellness professional who is also a Doctor of Physical Therapy. During these sessions, customers will be able to discuss their wellness goals, recovery challenges, mobility concerns, or product questions with a licensed professional who understands the science behind movement and rehabilitation. This service is designed to give you tailored guidance, expert recommendations, and a supportive conversation with someone who genuinely cares about your progress. Whether you’re navigating pain, improving mobility, or simply trying to choose the right recovery tools, these consultations will provide clarity.

We also provide life coaching led by me, the founder of SDL Wellness. I have nearly 20 years of military service and have completed the Army’s official training in Resilience and Master Fitness Training. I bring that experience to you through one-on-one wellness and life coaching video sessions.
